Just like in software engineering, building the asset has become the easiest part thanks to AI. Generating the initial idea is moderately challenging, but the true bottleneck is distribution. Making a great video means nothing if you do not understand the target audience, the delivery channel, the optimal length, and the narrative hook. Focusing on the distribution strategy must always precede pressing the render button.
