How does a team of around forty people achieve near one hundred million USD in annual recurring revenue?
Founder & CEO at Railway
Extreme leverage comes from uncompromising talent density and refusing to scale headcount simply because capital is available. Our entire go-to-market organization is only seven or eight people, including one sales representative, one product marketer, two solutions engineers, and growth staff. We build software that sells through immediate utility. Every engineer we hire is expected to operate as a high-leverage force multiplier rather than a manager of large reporting structures.
