What is your view on creativity in a world where execution is getting cheaper by the day?

Creativity is becoming the most important differentiator. It used to be that execution was the hard part and ideas were easy. Now execution is becoming easy and the quality of the original idea, the creativity behind it, is what determines the outcome. The good news is that creativity is not a fixed trait.
