Why did you decide to bring in Zach as a CEO after reaching fifty million dollars in revenue?
Replied byKrissy Cela
Founder & Creative Director at Oner Active
Niche: Health & Wellness
Revenue: Approx. 16.6 Million USD/month
Location: London, United Kingdom
Started: 2020
I never wanted to be the CEO because it is not a creative role. I am brilliant at product design and branding, not day-to-day operations. I mentored under Zach for two years before appointing him. Having a professional CEO allows me to focus on creative direction while he manages strategic scaling.
