If a founder has to solve every small problem themselves due to a lack of management capacity under them, they are constrained in what portion of their imagination can become reality. If you build excellent management and problem-solving capacity underneath you, the constraints on your imagination unwind, allowing you to scale multiple businesses simultaneously.
