Attempting to compete directly against multi-billion-dollar automotive giants like Hero, Honda, and TVS on distribution or manufacturing scale would have been suicidal. Instead of attacking their established hills, we built our own hill grounded in proprietary software, battery engineering, and digital user experiences. We forced legacy competitors to build electric vehicle programs to respond to our technological standards.
