Skepticism is natural whenever a new industry emerges. Many people doubted whether the regulatory framework would ever exist, and now it does. The next step is demonstrating safety and delivering a great customer experience. Once people experience a trip that takes five minutes instead of ninety, perceptions will change quickly.
