Interview
How do you deal with fear of failure?

I still feel it sometimes. But I try to remind myself that failure is just part of learning. It's not the end of the road, it's how you get better.
How do you handle criticism or negative feedback?

I used to take it personally, but now I try to see it as useful. If someone's saying something, there's probably a reason. I ask myself, "Is there something I can learn from this?"
How do you make decisions when you're unsure?

I usually trust my gut. But I also look at what's been working. I think about what feels right for my audience, or for me. If I make the wrong choice, I adjust later. That's how you learn.
How do you stay creative while running a business?

I make space for it. I don't fill up every hour of my day. I go for walks, take breaks, or just sit and think. That helps me come up with new ideas.
Have you ever burned out? How did you deal with it?

Yeah, definitely. I kept pushing myself too hard. Eventually I had to stop and rethink. Now I take better care of myself. I rest more, and I say no to things when I need to.
What's one habit that helps you grow personally and professionally?

Writing. I write down my thoughts a lot. It helps me think clearly, figure things out, and also come up with ideas for the business.
What advice would you give to someone just starting out?

Don't wait for permission. Just start. You'll figure it out along the way. Don't worry if it's perfect. Action teaches you more than planning.
What's something you wish you knew earlier?

That it's okay to ask for help. I used to think I had to do everything on my own. But asking for help makes you stronger, not weaker.
How do you manage your team and make sure everyone's aligned?

We talk a lot. We have regular check-ins, but also just random chats. I like to make sure everyone feels heard. If there's a problem, I want to fix it early.
What do you look for when hiring someone?

I don't really care about resumes or degrees. I care if someone gets the mission, if they care about the work. I look for curiosity, drive, and honesty. That's more important than experience sometimes.
How do you measure success today?

It's not about money or followers anymore. It's more about impact. Am I helping people? Am I proud of what I'm doing? That's what matters most now.
