We incubate every new concept in a single localized market first. For instance, we piloted ski equipment delivery in Italy before expanding it to other winter destinations. We look for whether the offering creates disproportionate delight, solves a genuine operational headache for travelers, and runs reliably. Once the mechanics and customer satisfaction are proven in one geography, we standardize the workflow and roll it out globally across our network.
