Believing you are not good enough. Someone at some point told you that you cannot sing, that you are a terrible cook, that you are not smart enough. Those words get lodged in you and that gift gets stifled. We are all creative. We may not choose to make creative choices but that is on us. We have been given bad information about who we are.
