You are now building Flow. Why come back after everything you went through?

Because I now realize that in WeWork I did a lot more things right than wrong. Not 10 percent more. 95 percent more. The mission was right. The model worked. The four-wall economics worked. The mistake was that we were signing leases instead of management deals and growing faster than our technology could measure. Flow is solving exactly those things. We have the technology to tell you which square foot of which floor of which building is profitable in real time. And the mission is exactly the same. Create communities where people make a life and not just a living. The world is lonely and disconnected. People need community. We were five years ahead of our time. Now we are exactly on time.
